Our team of professional experts is headed by Chef Zakee Khan and Mrs. Shoma Khan.
Chef Zakee Khan has been a successful chef for the last 28 years. He has been described as, contemporary, innovative, modern, simple but trendy and very cost effective. His career began in the Service Department. After working for 4 years in service, his passion for Cooking led him to the Kitchen. His work experience includes 10 years abroad in countries like Germany, Philippines, Egypt, Morocco, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
He was the Royal chef to the King of Saudi Arabia. He was the Corporate General Manager of Gujral Group of Hotels Calcutta. The last designation he held was Director of Operations, Asia Pacific Fine Dinning. Chef Zakee Khan was the team leader when the Restaurant Golden Harvest China Valley received Best Restaurant of Eastern Region award for two years in succession at the hands of the Vice President of India. He writes for Femina magazine, for Society magazine, and for Hindustan times. He has done a T.V. Promo for Comfort Inn Grand, Trivendrum to promote the restaurant Buddhas Delight.
Ms. Aanam Khan ( Shoma ) is a name to recon within the field of consultancy for hotel and human resource ( H.R ) sector.With an execellent experience of over a decade in the hospitality industry and has traveled widely within India to oversee countries for several national and international projects she has proved as a successful business lady in her own nation. As a hotel management graduate she has an exceptional ability to design and do consultancy for hotel, resorts, speciality restaurant, coffee shop, bar lounge, clubs, spa, gym and business apartment. Her projects comprises of beautiful properties throughout India.
Ms. Aanam has always been a sincere person and so she has worked with most of the world renowned groups of hotels which lead her to won the award of best employee of the year. Therefore her immense experience in marketing and management skill has lead her company diversifies into different fields like academic institute, fast food chain, kitchen equipment manufacturing unit and hospitality trading companies.
This journey all started in the year of 2002 when she launched her first company by the name “ WORK FORCE – HOTEL & RESTAURANT CONSULTANT” as a director. She is one of the first lady to understand the need of human resources in the hospitality industry along with corporate sectors. So all her clients include veritable who’s who of the hospitality industry and several five star properties in India as well as abroad.
Ms. Aanam is well versed in analyzing clients functional requirements, desired effect and purpose of the consultancy.
